It looks like Monday’s Music Moves Me is a freebie pick. Since I’m new to this, I’m hoping this means anything goes for music selections. Oh well…you can’t go wrong when there’s music involved, right? So…I decided to have my theme with a playlist of Monday songs. Turn up your speakers and enjoy!
The party isn’t over yet, if you want to continue having Monday’s music to move you, then click on Monday’s Music Moves Me button at the top and link up to more fun.
Wanna have some more Monday fun? Then keep reading, next up is Meet Me On Monday.
This week’s questions Java is asking are:
2. Do you scrapbook? Nope. This is one thing I’ve never gotten into, but it looks fun.
3. Do you take any daily medications? Yep, nothing too exciting, though, just HRT.
5. Where were you born? In a hospital. Okay, I know that’s not the answering you’re looking for, but honestly, don’t you realize this is one of a number of security questions out there? All it takes is someone smarter than either of us to put two and two together giving the badman one more piece of the jig saw puzzle to work into place for cyber thieves watching you on the Internet. Hey, call me paranoid, if you want. I don’t care. LOL.

@Stacy…loved your post. Hey it feels like Friday when we can have a dance party, doesn’t it? It makes me think of my school days when we would have dances during our lunch break. It felt like our hour break was forever long.
@Jennie…Awesome, you passed through my town. Glad you like the state, as well. This is home to us. Thanks for the invite to your blog. I’m your newest follower.
@GigiAnn…I love music from the 50 & 60s. There’s nothing like oldies coz they truly are goodies, huh? Happy to share a few fun Monday tunes!
Good music choices … and I loved the kitten 🙂
~Val
@Lorie…it’s hard to bet Eric Clapton and The Mamas & Papas. I love classic rock n’ roll, don’t you?
@Lucinda..glad you came to play. =D
@ClassicNYer…gee, I don’t know are you too young for The Mamas & Papas? I’d bet you are, but I was just a wee kitten when my auntie dearest use to dance to their tunes.
@Colette..glad you liked my choices. Isn’t this such a fun way to kick off Mondays?
@Hazel…yeah, I thought the pic was too cute to not include it in my post.
@Jo-anne…oh definitely their pitter-pat of raindrops on the rooftop at night is perfect for lulling you to sleep.
@Amanada…you know that’s so interesting to hear about your cousins birth location. It makes me thankful to live in the city with the hospital a short distance from our home. Even that drive was a bit scary when I was in labor my first time around. Those days are all behind me now, though.
What a great way to do a selection of songs… While they are all great songs, I have to say that my absolute favorite is Eric Clapton and then The Mamas & The Papas.
Love these songs, thanks for playing along and linking up with us… hope you play again next Monday. Have a great week.
I am now following your blog.
Fabulously fitting selections!
So many Monday songs, haha! Thanks for playing along… btw am I too young to dig the mamas and the papas?
You are rocking today! Nice choices.
And that is so true about the last question on where you were born. I didn’t even think about it.
Enjoy your week.
I love listening to rain too. Especially at night when you’re drifting off to sleep.
Have a great week!
You’re right about the freebie week. Nice choices. I love the cat asking ‘is it Monday already?’ 🙂 Have a great week.
About Java’s questions: I have more than one cousin who can answer “On County Road X” (though, not really CR X, but I didn’t want to say the real letter or number.) One was born in the barn, because my uncle and aunt had gotten that far when she realized they weren’t going any further. My sister was almost “X Hospital parking lot.” She was actually admitted to the hospital before my mother was admitted. So, “In A Hospital” is an answer as far as I’m concerned. (And they will actually put a mile maker on a birth certificate!)
@Lori…coolness! I’m glad you are digging my theme. This is Catwoman signing out for WKNOX. Yeah, those call letters are a bit long for a radio station, but I ya see what I was trying to get at, right? =D
Lovin’ the Monday theme!!!
@Val…Yeah, that was a cute pic. Glad you enjoyed the tunes! Feel free to stop by any ole day you feel like it. =D
Good music choices … and I loved the kitten 🙂

@Denise…thank you for stopping by. I would love to join you next week. It’s so nice to meet new people in Blogville. Have an awesome week!
Great Monday songs! Love them all! So even on a “freebie” picked you still had a theme. 😉
You should come and link up at Run DMT for Music Monday where there’s never a theme, just share a song and play along. Hope you stop by! 🙂
@Xmas Dolly…don’t feel bad. There were a couple I wasn’t too familiar with, but wanted to include them in my Monday song theme. You can count on seeing me next Monday, if nothing goes wrong. =D
I haven’t heard some of these songs, but sure makes a Monday feel better doesn’t it! Thanks for playing along with us at the 4M’s. Hope to see you next week too. Following you.

I loved the Mama’s and The Papa’s song. I haven’t heard it in a looooong time.
I agree with you about the “Where were you born?” question, when I read it on another blog.
