Welcome to Monday’s Music Moves Me on Sundays! This week’s theme is whatever music moves you! Last fall when we visited Nashville I had every intention to sharing Dolly’s then new album release but it wasn’t until recently going through my archived YT video links I was reminded. Let’s have a little fun with a country girl with a little rock n’ roll making her a whole lotta Rockstar!
Remember music themes are only suggestions. I don’t care one way or another. The important thing is to share whatever music moves you. Now, it’s your turn!
This is a busy week for my fellow Americans as we prepare for our annual Thanksgiving celebration. Some prefer to focus on the evils that came along with the discovery of our great country. That wasn’t the intent of the early explorers and settlers. Many came to the new world looking for a place to escape religious persecution and to build a better life. It’s a blessing and privilege to live in America. She isn’t perfect and yet many seek to make this their home for the very reasons our forefathers did. Please remember always that Thanksgiving is an attitude for the gratitude in one’s heart, not just one day but everyday.
Before I go, like I need to remind y’all, but we’ll be kicking off the Christmas season with a full month of holiday music next time on 4M. Have a boogietastic week. 😉 And, may God bless you and yours!

Dolly was always willing to try new sounds. I used to watch her on the Porter Wagner show that came on one of the Knoxville TV stations on Saturday afternoons in the late sixties/early seventies. Liked her then and I like her now. She makes any style sound good.
