3-for-1 Saturday Special: Songsuasion/Sillies & s-ART-urday Westlife

Originally signed by Simon Cowell, the Irish boy band ~ Westlife sold more than 50 million records worldwide, but never found a stronghold in the USA until 2000 with their single hit, Swear It Again (Westlife 1999 album track 1). This band isn’t new-to-me, but isn’t all that familiar to me, either. While Googling songs about “queens”, this song popped up by them.

Queen of my Hearts, written by John McLaughlin, Wayne Hector, and Steve Robson became the band’s 9th UK number #1 single, staying at the top of the chart for one week.  If you like this song, then I invite you to listen to their entire album Westlife 1999 this morning on Saturday Songsuasion while you take a peek at my #s-ART-urday contribution.

#s-ART-urday project #5 This photo-art creation comprises two of my personal images ~ the moon and mountain landscape. I adjusted contrast and added a touch of grain texture. The poetry verse is something I composed to go with my artwork. The owl face image, I borrowed from Google and opted to use as an overly. To finish things off, I added a basic black frame and my copyright. My photo editor of choice is PhotoShop Elements.

I’ll share this little silly with ya…

    1. You’re a sweetheart, Claudia! It makes me happy to hear that you like my photo-art. I have SO much to learn and I’m really glad that you decided to peruse this little meme because it forced me to play around with PSE options.
